How do I get an Apex account?
Go to https://apextraderfunding.com/?c=REAL to purchase an account and use code REAL to get your RLT discount. Please be sure this code populates properly in the sign up form and is reflected in your payment balance for the account you’ve chosen BEFORE you pay. Apex WILL NOT honor it after your purchase goes through. ALL customer payments go to Apex, not RLT, and Apex will not issue a refund for any reason.
What account balances does Apex offer?
Apex offers many account sizes on two different data providers, Rithmic and Tradovate. And there are 14 different trading platforms you can use with either of those (NinjaTrader is recommended for either data provider and TradingView will link to Tradovate). How do the monthly payments and reset fees work for the accounts?

What are the rules for trading Apex accounts?
Go to the Apex main website and go through the Master Training for Evaluation Accounts BEFORE trading your account to be sure you understand ALL the rules. All the rules are in that FAQ.
Who services our Apex accounts, RLT or Apex?
Apex is the sole customer service provider for your accounts at any stage. You may email [email protected] to ask general questions, but all info, decisions, and account rulings on submitted support tickets are final with Apex.
Does Apex offer free demo accounts for practice before purchasing an Evaluation account?
No, they do not. Apex only offers Evaluation and Performance accounts. The Eval is your audition for getting funded and you can have as many of these accounts as you want. Performance accounts are what you get once you pass Eval and are funded. You can only have up to 20 of these accounts including any family members from your household, your personal email address, and an LLC email address combined.
Does Apex allow swing trading?
No, they do not. Apex accounts are for intraday trading only. See the Apex main website for details on trading hours, when to have trades closed, etc.
What if there is a platform glitch while I’m live trading?
Neither RLT nor Apex is responsible for platform glitches of any kind. Please see the Apex main website for details and to submit a support ticket.
May I cancel and/or get a refund on my account?
Apex does not offer refunds for any reason on any account. To cancel your account monthly subscription, see the Apex main website for directions.
What happens when I pass my Evaluation?
Stop trading and do not cancel your Evaluation account! You will be issued an email with a contract and a payment link within 2 business days of passing. Then you will be issued a Performance Account and begin trading for profit. See Master Training for Performance Accounts on the Apex main website FAQs for more information.
What is the profit split with Apex?
The split is a flat 90/10, which is 90% to the trader and 10% to Apex. The first $25K made in profit is paid at 100%, then 90% thereafter.
